First impressions
It ships compressed and expands over a few hours. The cover zips on snugly and the whole thing reads as a design piece, not bedroom equipment — our tester's landlord noticed nothing on a visit.
How it performs
The curves take strain off knees, backs and hips in positions that normally demand yoga-level flexibility. The foam is firm enough to support two people without bottoming out, and the headrest is genuinely useful rather than decorative.
Living with it
The cover has survived three wash cycles without fading or pilling. At 54 inches long it needs a corner, but in a small apartment it doubles as a reading lounger, which helps justify the space.
